Welcome to your unofficial horoscope for the year 2025. My name is Princess and I have some romantic mediations for you to consider during this clear and bitter February Snow Moon.

The burning-hot pendulum of time has reached a certain kind of summit and begins to slowly swing back towards the cool, calm, salty waters of the divine feminine. We don’t mean women, we mean feminine: nurturing, maternal, curious, intimate, thoughtful, holistic; traits we all need and traits we all possess. We can be capitalism’s close friend this month and remind him that he also deserves to experience the softness of nature and time, let him channel the fires of progress to cook our dinner, light our candles and make our jokes funnier. Gently stroke the stressed-out hairs on our chronically unsatisfied friend and encourage him to admire the world around before inevitably jumping back onto the fiscal wheel.

If change feels slow or you fear you’ve lost the plot just remember that there is no plot. The February Snow Moon has a wink and nod for all of us, so sit back and enjoy a long, silly love affair with your own unique perspective on this earth.

Aries – with society’s constitution already at a very high temperature, it would be a good time to think about what to do with all of your own natural heat. Are you fighting or flirting? Are you bold or a bulldozer? The planets only ask to use your hotness for good.

Taurus – Civic duty and self care are intrinsically intertwined and yet we have ethics for work and not for rest. Our Tauri know that the only way to do good work is to do good rest. Consider resting in public so that others can see/learn by example.

Gemini – A personality to add to your rotation: pretend you are a soft, majestic elder sitting in the chair you always sit in by a crackling fire. Your guests are chatting feverishly, you are listening. Collecting data, speaking only when spoken to. You sit in philosophical resignation knowing that communication is so much more than just talking.

Cancer – February is perfect for your natural survival instincts. You are under no obligation to do anything but survive.

Leo – Icebreaker questions to ask your own self: How do I contribute to the “atmosphere” of a room? What is my ideal “atmosphere”?

Virgo – Say collective consciousness is achieved by understanding another person’s perspective without personal bias. Could we soften our insecurities of how we are seen by asking questions? Consider learning (not assuming) another person’s point of view as a way of understanding yourself.

Libra – When creating an environment that best suits our minds and constitutions, it’s nice to think in ratios rather than absolutes. One cannot exist without the other, especially in a quest for peace or happiness. The same method you use to make warmth and joy in the severity of winter is the practice to use in all seasons of life. Tension and release, rapture and repair can happen all in the same moment.

Scorpio – Passion? In this economy? Absolutely. Go nuts! Just don’t hurt anybody.

Sagittarius – You are not a clown. You do not have to entertain us. You can just exist as your multidimensional-self and we will all be better for it. No lying this month.

Capricorn – What are the rules? The often-isolating winter is a perfect time to reflect on who the rules are for and how they benefit us (or not). No need to break or change any of them, just an opportunity to examine our boundaries and why we decided to have them in the first place.

Aquarius – Your constitution already exists on that long, celestial timeline we spoke of earlier. Use this cold, Lunenburg county winter to write down your intuition in a notebook; doesn’t have to be long, just true. Cut a small hole in the dry wall of yours or someone else’s home and tuck the book between two studs. Be meticulous when repairing the drywall/mud so that no one will know you were there. Leave some unrequited wisdom for a future generation.

Pisces – A sense of humour is developmental and an essential spiritual journey. A sense of humour gives our empathetic tendencies a sense of purpose and relieves the pressure to make the “right” decision. Despite its icy surroundings, the Snow Moon is kindly chuckling and so are you.
