The Thinking Beyond Band-Aids Coalition invite you to a special event to mark the United Nations International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. The global theme for 2025 is Ending Social and Institutional Maltreatment: Ensuring respect and effective support for families living in poverty.
This is a rain or shine event from 10:30-11:30 am at Shipyard’s Landing, King St., Bridgewater. Stay afterwards for South Shore Open Doors Association’s BBQ!
SPEAKERS – STORIES – ART – MUSIC
An event focused on poverty and how we can create change together. Local front-line organizations will be there. Come meet them and learn about the important work they do. Let’s stand together in solidarity with people living in poverty, here in Lunenburg County and around the world.
