Mary Meisner will briefly address matters relating to wills and estates, including, but not limited to (and in no particular order) why it is important to have a Will, legislation that may affect your Will, whether you should update your Will from another jurisdiction, probating a Will. Mary will also very briefly discuss the importance of having an Enduring Power of Attorney and a Personal Directive.
