- The barista at No. 9 Coffee remembered me a week after I went in, when she saw me at The Knot. She asked how my book was and I was so shocked because she must see hundreds of people a week! It was so nice to be remembered and thought about.
- A fellow who saw me in the parking lot at Castle Building Supplies struggling to get my young kids out of the car offered to carry my things for me after we both shopped. It made my day to feel noticed, and to have the help!
- To whomever made the delicious angel food cake with mandarin oranges at the Riverport Heritage Day potluck –-you angel, you!
