The Barnacle Has a New Look!
We’ve reached a point with The Barnacle where people have stopped asking, “Why do you do this?” It’s become clear to both new and long-time readers that local print journalism is a dying resource, and any effort to keep it alive is a noble one.
As we approach two years of producing this publication, we’re constantly looking for ways to keep delivering high-quality content each month. But don’t worry—we’re as motivated as ever. In fact, we’re so committed to keeping things fresh that today we’re unveiling a BRAND NEW LOOK!
Our talented creative director, Carmen Cumming, has given our website a complete overhaul, and we’re excited to bring that refreshed design to our print edition as well. The new site better reflects who we are as an organization and is easier to navigate, making it simpler for you to stay up-to-date with everything we’re working on.
But that’s not all! A big announcement is coming at The Barnacle later this month, so make sure to follow us on social media for the latest updates and breaking news from the team.
